Dr. Thomas J. Sardina, DMD is an active member in numerous dental organizations including: the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association.
His goal is to ensure the very best oral health care for all his patients’ needs, by expertly managing the diagnosis and coordination of dental care and procedures.
Prior to acquiring his current practice The General Dentist in Landisville, Dr. Sardina, who graduated from Ephrata High School, practiced dentistry in Hershey, PA. He received both his Bachelor and Master’s of Science degrees from Temple University. His research has been published in scientific journals worldwide.
Dr. Sardina also earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the Temple University School of Dentistry. Continuing his education Dr. Sardina also attended the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), the prestigious post-graduate center for aesthetic and neuromuscular dentistry.
In addition Dr. Sardina is an approved Hempfield Area School District Dentist, and an adjunct instructor at HACC teaching Expanded Functional Dental Assistant (EFDA) students.
Kind, compassionate and understanding, Dr. Sardina excels in cosmetic dentistry, offering his patients an array of cosmetic procedures and techniques designed to enhance their appearance.
Committed to the Community
Dr. Sardina is active in the local community, donating services to residents at the Water Street Rescue Mission in downtown Lancaster, and participating in Sealant Saturday, a national program aimed at preventing tooth decay in children.
He also finds time to share his expertise with non-humans in need of dental care. As a dog owner himself, Dr. Sardina knows the importance of good dental hygiene and dental care for animals. He works with local veterinarians providing dental care to animals, usually of the canine variety. Root canals are not just for humans!
The General Dentist also sponsors the Kids Fun Run, part of the annual Amos Herr 5K Honey Run, organized by the Hempfield Area Recreation Commission.
